We provide all first-time students with a uniform that matches the rest of the students at the time of their first class! We provide this for FREE. However, it is advised to wear the following to have under your uniform. Athletic-style clothing. We recommend a shirt that covers your shoulders and pants that cover your knees. · For ladies - Leggings and a sports bra with a compression shirt or t-shirt (nothing too loose or baggy) is what most participants find to be ideal and comfortable. Tops should cover the shoulders. · For men – leggings and workout-style shorts or joggers with a compression shirt or t-shirt (nothing too loose or baggy) is what most participants find to be ideal and comfortable.
